Tasting Notes

Nose:

A rich medley of toffee and caramelised sugar, lifted by rose petals, peach, and mango. Undertones of vanilla syrup add a soft, sweet touch.

Palate:

Bright citrus peel and juicy pear open the palate, leading into warming brown sugar, cinnamon, clove, and layers of dried raisins and sultanas.

Finish:

Long, warming, and complex — expect waves of tart green fruit, toffee sweetness, and spiced oak with lingering cinnamon and nutmeg.
